Shipping & Returns



We ship to anywhere in the United States! Get free shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts have been applied).

There are times when we are temporarily out of stock of some items. If any of the items for your order are out of stock such that it will delay shipping of your order for a week or more, we will notify you regarding when you can expect to receive your order.

Please email or call us if you need your order to arrive for a certain date and we’ll determine if we can guarantee arrival by that date.

For all other web orders, we ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS.


Farmer’s Pantry® is only happy when you and your gift recipients are delighted with the items we send. If for any reason you aren’t happy with your order, we’ll either replace it or refund the full amount of your order, at no cost to you for shipping, if the item(s) is (are) returned within 60 days of purchase. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

If you are concerned or unhappy about the condition of your order upon arrival, please email us at store@farmerspantry.farm or telephone (888) 799-3072 so that we can answer your questions, address any problems, or arrange for a replacement or refund. Your happiness matters to us!

Undeliverable Orders

In the event your order is flagged as undeliverable, unclaimed or refused, our staff will contact you via phone or email to try and correct the problem. You may be required to pay additional shipping costs. If the package is returned after a 2nd attempt, you may be asked to use a different shipping address. You may also cancel your order. Cancelled orders will be refunded minus any additional shipping fees.
