Creamy Salmon Pico Crisps

Ingredients

  • Grilled Salmon
  • Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • Avocado
  • Pico de Gallo - 1 medium diced tomato, 1 finely chopped onion, 1/2 fresh seeded and chopped jalapeno pepper, 2 sprigs fresh finely chopped cilantro, 1 finely chopped green onion, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How to Make it

1. Flake the grilled salmon.

2. Drop a dollop of Nonfat Greek Yogurt and Guacamole to the top of a Farmer’s Pantry Cornbread Crisp.

3. Add flaked salmon on top of yogurt and guacamole.

4. Add another dollop of yogurt and guacamole.

5. Top with Pico de Gallo.

6. Serve and enjoy with Farmer’s Pantry Cornbread Crisps
